SHIPPING

We ship to worldwide. The estimated delivery time of the pieces is subject to its availability in our inventory. Usually, if we do not have the piece in our inventory, it takes 3-4 business days to dispatch it.

Shipping in Bogotá.

The regular time is 1-3 business days. If we have the piece in our inventory, you will receive your order the same day. Purchases in Bogotá through our website do not include the delivery cost. At the end of your purchase process, the shipping cost is added.

National and international shipments.

National shipments are made through ENVÍA, or the national courier company of choice. BAHÍA MARÍA offers international courier service through DHL Express. All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Bogotá, Colombia. In the case of national shipments for purchases made by the website, the shipping cost is not included, and it would be charged at the checkout. For international purchases BAHÍA MARÍA assumes part of the shipping cost, and the rest is included in the purchase total. The final cost does not include taxes at the destination. These costs are subject to the customs legislation of each country.

Dispatch times for international shipments.

The estimates presented below are based on information provided by DHL Express. Delivery times are subject to any inconvenience in service or delays in customs. BAHÍA MARÍA recommends always consulting the tracking numbers.

United States, Canada and Northern Mexico: 24 business hours.

Rest of America: 2 business days.

Europe: 3 business days.

Asia and rest of the world: 3-4 business days.

At the end of the purchase process the value that will be shown corresponds to the cost of your piece plus the part of the shipping cost that you must assume. Once the order is dispatched, there is no refund of the purchase or the cost of shipping assumed.

Once the order enters our system, you will receive a confirmation and welcome email from Bahía María, indicating that we have taken the order. Once it is sent, you will receive the tracking number and the initial status of your shipment.
