Exchange Policy

At Bahía María, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the delivery of your order, whether it was made online or in our physical stores. Please note the following:

  • Only one exchange per item is allowed.
  • Exchanges and returns do not apply to discounted items.
  • The exchange is only valid if the product is of equal or greater value than the original item.
  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

How to Request an Exchange:

If you made your purchase on our website, please send an email to info@bahiamaria.com with the details of your request. If you purchased in a physical store or through social media, please contact us at +57 3232872045.

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges will be processed within 4 to 7 business days after receiving the product at our facilities.
  • The customer must assume the shipping fees for changes.
  • If you prefer not to exchange for another product, we will offer you a discount code valid for 3 months, which you can use on your next purchase.

Conditions for Product Exchange:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and the original tags intact.
  • Exchanges are only valid for purchases made directly through Bahía María, not through multi-brand stores.

 

Warranty

At Bahía María, we are committed to offering products of the highest quality. If your product has a manufacturing defect, you can use our warranty under the following conditions:

  • The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be clean and dry when returned.
  • Claims will not be accepted for damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

How to Request a Warranty:

Include in your message:

  • The invoice or details of your order.
  • A photo showing the defect of the product.

Important:

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damages from misuse or natural wear and tear of the product.
  • We do not offer refunds. If your warranty claim is accepted, you can choose a replacement product of equal or greater value. If you choose a product of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference.
