Exchange Policy

At Bahía María, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the
delivery of your order, whether it was made online or in our physical stores.
Please note the following:

  • Only one exchange per item is allowed.
  • Exchanges and returns do not apply to discounted items.
  • The exchange is only valid if the product is of equal or greater value than the original item.
  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
How to Request an Exchange

If you made your purchase on our website, please send an email to info@bahiamaria.com with the details of your request. If you purchased in a physical store or through social media, please contact us at +57 3232872045.

Exchange Process
  • Exchanges will be processed within 4 to 7 business days after receiving the product at our facilities.
  • If you prefer not to exchange for another product, we will offer you a discount code valid for 3 months, which you can use on your next purchase.
Conditionsfor Product Exchange
  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and the original tags intact.
  • Exchanges are only valid for purchases made directly through Bahía María, not through multi-brand stores.
Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, the right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made through our website, www.bahiamaria.com. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must follow these steps within 5 business days of receiving the product:

  1. Request the withdrawal by sending an email to info@bahiamaria.com, including your order number and purchase details.
  2. Confirmation and Shipping: We will provide you with instructions to return the product. The cost of shipping for the return must be covered by the customer. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, intact tags, and no signs of use.
  3. Refund: Once the product is received and verified to meet the conditions of our policy, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be made to the bank account provided by the customer.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not accept packages sent with payment upon delivery.
Warranty

At Bahía María, we are committed to offering products of the highest quality. If your product has a manufacturing defect, you can use our warranty under the
following conditions:

  • The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be clean and dry when returned.
  • Claims will not be accepted for damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

Include in your message:

  • The invoice or details of your order.
  • A photo showing the defect of the product.

Important:

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damages from misuse or natural wear and tear of the product.
  • We do not offer refunds. If your warranty claim is accepted, you can choose a replacement product of equal or greater value. If you choose a product of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference.
  • If your purchase was made through our website, physical store, or social media, please contact us through the appropriate channel mentioned above.
