SHIPMENT
We offer worldwide shipping.
Depending on availability, orders will ship within 5 - 7 business days.
National and international shipments
National shipments are made through ENVÍA, or the national courier company of your choice.
BAHÍA MARÍA offers international courier service through DHL Express. All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Bogotá, Colombia
In the case of national purchases, the shipping cost is not included, and it would be charged at the end of the purchase.
For international purchases, BAHÍA MARÍA assumes part of the shipping cost, and the rest is included in the total purchase. The final cost does not include taxes that may be collected at destination. These costs are subject to the customs legislation of each country

United States, Canada and Northern Mexico: 48 business hours
Rest of America: 2 business days
Europe: 3 business days
Asia and rest of the world: 3-4 business days
At the end of the purchase process, the value that will be displayed corresponds to the cost of your piece plus the part of the shipping cost that you must assume
Once the order is placed, there is no refund of the purchase nor is the shipping cost assumed.
Once the order enters our system, you will receive a confirmation email from Bahía María, indicating that we have received your order.
Once we mail it to you, you will receive the tracking number and the status of your order.
Consider
Sale shipments will be from 7 to 10 business days.
CHANGE
The item for change must be sent to Colombia.
It must arrive in perfect condition, unused and with the label and sticker sent.
Once the item has been shipped, there are only 30 days for changes, only one change is made and the customer must pay the shipping cost.
Products purchased at a discount will not have change.
