International Shipments
At Bahía María, we ship internationally through FedEx, dispatching all products from our warehouse in Bogotá, Colombia. Bahía María covers part of the international shipping cost, and the remainder will be added to your total at checkout.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by service disruptions or customs delays. International shipments can take between 4 and 10 business days to be dispatched. However, final delivery depends on each country's regulations and timelines. We recommend tracking your shipment using the tracking number we provide.
United States, Canada, and Northern Mexico: 48 business hours.
Rest of America: 3 business days.
Europe: 3 business days.
Asia and the rest of the world: 3-4 business days.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow the status of your package. The final delivery time will depend on the destination country's timeline.


Taxes, Duties, and Customs Regulations

Please note that when making international purchases, taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges may apply, as established by the laws of the destination country. These charges are not controlled or determined by Bahía María, as they depend on the regulations and policies of each country.

All taxes, duties, and customs-related costs incurred upon entry into the destination country must be fully covered by the customer (recipient). Bahía María is not responsible for any delays, holds, or additional costs caused by customs procedures.

Address Errors
To ensure your order arrives without issues, please double-check the shipping address when placing your order. If you notice any errors after your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@bahiamaria.com, and we’ll be happy to correct it before shipping your package.
Important: Bahía María is not responsible for lost packages due to address errors provided by the customer.

Pre-Order
If you place an order for pre-order items, the delivery date is estimated and may vary. The date provided on the product page is approximate and could change depending on the item's availability.
If your order includes both pre-order items and items that are ready for shipping, the available items will be dispatched first, and the pre-order items will ship once they are ready.

Sales During Discount Periods
During sales and discount periods, shipping times may be affected due to high demand. This means it may take between 7 and 15 business days for products to be dispatched. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience, and recommend staying updated on your order's status.
